1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using REVASY AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

REVASY AI provides AI-powered business intelligence tools that analyze financial data from files you upload. The service includes interactive dashboards, AI-driven analysis, and report generation. The Service is intended for business analytics purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use REVASY AI. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of any organization you represent, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person — do not share account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at security@revasy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload data you do not own or are not authorized to process
• Use the service to process data of third parties without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or circumvent security measures
• Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the API
• Upload malicious files, code, or content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Your Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to REVASY AI. By uploading data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any rights to your business data.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the data you upload complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

7. AI-Generated Analysis

AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated analysis.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime or interruptions.

9. Pricing and Payment

REVASY AI currently offers a free tier. Paid plans, when activated, will be clearly disclosed before billing begins. All prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise specified. Billing is not yet active in the current version of the product.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Service. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

REVASY AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
